Cancellation Policy

A 10% sibling discount for the second subscription will apply to after the first child enrolled. Class Make-up & Refund Policy Make-ups are available for classes missed due to illness, inclement weather or holidays. Arrangements for make-up classes must be made in advance by calling or emailing the office to reserve space in an alternate class. Failure to contact us in advance may result in our inability to accommodate your request. In the event of a withdrawal, students may opt to make-up missed classes or complete the number of classes paid (within the current season). There are no refunds, account credits, or transfer of payments to another class or family member for unused classes. Classes that are cancelled may be made up by attending the same or younger age group class. Please ensure that you call us in advance to schedule the make-up so that we may manage attendance and notify the instructor. Make-up classes must be completed no later than one week before class. Cancellations: memberships can be canceled after an initial four-month period by emailing marigymdancestudio@gmail.com. This cancellation must be received two weeks before the start of a new month in order for the membership to be canceled by the new month. If you would like to cancel a newly purchased membership (never used), we allow cancellations with full refunds (minus a $50 service fee) up to 48 hours after the purchase, as long as none of the membership benefits have been utilized. Refunds: we do not offer refunds on memberships, with the exception of newly purchased memberships (never used). Costume fees will not be refunded Transfers: we do not allow memberships to be transferred between people. Holds: we allow the membership to be put on a one-month hold once every “membership year” with a $50 service fee. To put your membership on hold, please email marigymdancestudio@gmail.com and supply the dates for which you’d like the membership paused. The paused month will be added to the end of your membership if it happens within the first four months
